Update my email address

Your email addresses

Your Topicbox account can have more than one email address.

Your primary account is the address where Topicbox will send all mail to you. It is also where you usually mail Topicbox from.

You can also register alternate addresses. These are extra email addresses that Topicbox will accept mail sent by you. No mail is sent to these email addresses. By registering an alternate address, you take responsibility for mail sent from that address.

Change primary address

1. Log onto the Topicbox website.
2. Go your Profile & Security page.
3. Unlock it using your password or a one time code.
4. Use the "Make Primary" option to set an alternate address as your primary.
5. Submit the one-time code emailed to the alternate address to confirm the change.
6. Your old primary address is now an alternate address.

Add new alternate address

1. Log onto the Topicbox website.
2. Go your Profile & Security page.
3. Unlock it using your password or a one time code.
4. Enter a new address and click "Add".
